Service Providers
Zen Life Esthetics uses third-party services to support functions such as online scheduling. These providers may process information according to their own privacy practices. Current service providers include Calendly for online scheduling and Google Forms and Google Sheets for client intake, consent, updates, and related records.
Client Intake & Records
New clients are asked to complete an intake and consent form before treatment. Returning clients may be asked to provide updates when relevant information changes. Please avoid submitting information that is not relevant to your esthetic services.
Photos & Marketing
Permission to use client photographs for marketing, social media, or website content is handled separately through affirmative photo consent. Receiving a service from Zen Life Esthetics does not require consent to marketing use of your image.
