Cancellations & No-Shows
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If your plans change, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible.
Life happens, and a little grace goes a long way. Your first late cancellation is always met with understanding and carries no fee.
Repeated Late Cancellations
Second late cancellation
50% prepayment is required to reserve your next appointment.
Third late cancellation
100% prepayment is required to reserve your next appointment.
Fourth late cancellation
Future booking privileges will be discontinued.
No-Shows
A no-show—an appointment missed without notice—advances the policy by one level. For example, a first no-show will require a 50% prepayment before another appointment can be reserved.
Prepayments
Prepayments required under this policy are applied toward the scheduled service and become non-refundable if that appointment is missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
