Appointments at Zen Life Esthetics are reserved especially for you.
Appointments
Zen Life Esthetics is available by appointment only. Advance booking is encouraged.
New Clients
New clients will be asked to complete an intake and consent form before their first treatment. Please provide accurate information regarding medications, allergies, sensitivities, recent procedures, and other factors that may affect your service.
Returning Clients
Returning clients may be asked to complete a brief update before an appointment so that changes to medications, health history, skincare products, recent procedures, or other treatment-relevant information can be considered.
Treatment Selection
Your skin and safety come first. Services and enhancements may be modified or deferred when contraindications, recent treatments, medications, or current skin conditions make a requested treatment inappropriate.
Arrival
Please arrive ready to begin your service at your scheduled appointment time. Because appointments are reserved individually, late arrivals may require modification of the treatment to remain within the scheduled appointment window.
Payment
Payment is due at the completion of your appointment. Gratuity is always appreciated but never expected.
